30-day paid pilot
Prove overnight Microsoft coverage on a narrow queue before anyone talks about a retainer.
Commercial

|---|---|
| Payment | 50% to start, 50% at day 15, or as the SoW states |

| Brand | White-label. Tickets stay in your PSA, your name |
Before night one we lock
- Ticket types in scope (and an explicit out-of-scope list)
- Daily ticket cap
- Response and escalation rules, including when we wake a US engineer
- Tools: PSA, RMM, 365/Azure/Entra admin as needed, with least privilege
- Handoff time (typically 07:00–08:00 Eastern) and who receives it
During the month
- Agreed overnight window: midnight–8 AM Eastern (Amman daytime)
- Written morning handoff every coverage morning
- Weekly 30-minute service review (what leaked, what to add or cut)
Success looks like
In-scope tickets do not wait for 8 AM. Escalations are documented. Your service desk manager can brief the morning stand-up from the handoff without a call to Amman.
Not full 24/7. Not unlimited tickets. Not a US employee. Next step: 20-minute coverage review, then a one-page SoW.
